Chad Bailey, lead pastor
Chad has been married to his High School sweetheart, Ryan Bailey, for over 20 years. They have lived in Celina for 3 years and they have three children - two boys (18, 16) and a girl (8). Chad has served in pastoral ministry for 20 years, in student ministry, as associate pastor and as a lead pastor for the past 5 years.
Chad currently serves as sole elder at The Mill, but we are eager to increase the eldership soon! In the meantime, the Leadership Team helps provide care, direction, and support for ministry leaders.
